| COLOR DOPPLER 2D ULTRASOUND is being routinely done by Dr. R Rajan for Obstetrics as well as Gynaecological cases. Doppler studies can evaluate the growth of foetus and early foetal hypoxia or foetal comprimise can be detected. Foetal Anomalies, especially cardiac anomalies can be found early and if needed pregnancy can be terminated. In gynaecology Doppler studies is helpful in differentiating benign and malignant tumors. |
